| Annotation | This is one of eleven papers from the International Federation on Ageing (IFA) 8th Global Conference in May 2006 in this final issue of Generations Review. It was also presented at a workshop on Location Based Services for People with Disabilities in London that considered the Location Based Services for all project (LBS4all). The paper examines how older users' on-going involvement has influenced the design and development of of an innovative technology and challenged some of the preconceptions about its likely use and benefits.
