The CPA library and offices will be operational from the end of January 2012.

The CPA library and offices are on the first floor of 28 Great Tower Street which is on the corner of Great Tower Street and Lower Thames/Byward Street across the road from the church of All Hallows by the Tower. The main entrance to 28 Great Tower Street is in Byward Street, next door to the former Christ's Hospital.

Nearest Underground / rail stations Tower Hill, Monument (District and Circle lines), Tower Gateway (DLR) and Bank (Northern Line, Waterloo and City Line and DLR). Fenchurch Street station is a 5 minute walk, Cannon Street 10 minutes and Liverpool Street and London Bridge stations are 15 minutes walk.

From Tower Hill head West, passing through or round Trinity Square Gardens, staying north of the dual carriageway. From Tower Gateway first follow signs to Tower Hill. From Bank use Exit 6 (Lombard Street/Monument). Walk down Lombard Street across Gracechurch Street into Fenchurch Street then turn right into Rood Lane or Mincing Lane and left into Great Tower Street. From Monument use the Eastcheap exit, walking down Eastcheap then Great Tower Street to the very end. From Fenchurch Street main entrance turn left down Mark Lane into Great Tower Street.

Tower Hill and Great Tower Street are served by the no 15 bus. Monument is served by buses 15, 17, 21, 35, 40, 43, 47, 48, 133, 141, 149, 344 and 521. In addition Bank is served by buses 8, 11, 23, 25, 26, 76, 242 and 388.
