| Annotation | The Care Services Improvement Partnership (CSIP) was formed in 2005 to incorporate seven previously separate Department of Health (DH) programmes including: the Health and Social Care Change Agent Team (CAT); Integrating Community Equipment Services (ICES); the Integrated Care Network (ICN); the National Institute for Mental Health in England (NIMHE); and the Valuing People Support Team (VPST). This article describes the working day of a CSIP West Midlands regional change agent in supporting local councils to improve adult services. (RH). |
