AnnotationIn the twenty years or more after the end of World War II, there was been a shortfall in the improvement of housing standards, with the building industry and private landlords experiencing a system of government controls, disincentives and discriminatory taxation. Public enterprise housing has also failed to fill the gap. This pamphlet looked at ways of reforming house building policy. Responses were from an academic and representatives of the building industry. (RH).
