AnnotationThis survey examines interviewees' previous place of residence, reasons for moving to Swindon, and previous housing conditions. A measurement of their satisfaction with life is assessed in terms of housing, the cost of living, local amenities, the employment situation, and kinship. Some 15% of the families interviewed wished to leave Swindon.
