AnnotationThe concept of `territorial justice' is concerned with an `ideal' distribution of resources in direct proportion to the needs of areas. This chapter presents an empirical illustration of the approach, with an evaluation of the structure of local social services in the London Boroughs. The implications of this approach for the geographical analysis of social problems is discussed. (OFFPRINT). (RH).
