| Annotation | This study reports on development of the Retirement Anxiety Scale - as applied to 92 individuals still active in a university faculty and 52 already retired - examining personality, job-related and retirement-specific traits. Results indicate the Scale's suitability. Its use is discussed in the context of the benefits of proactively preparing for retirement. |
