AnnotationECCEP, is a Department of Health (DoH) funded study (for some six years) currently under way in the Unit. The study aims to address questions about the equity and efficiency of home-based care for frail older people. It looks at community care assumptions, processes and outcomes through time. Irregular bulletins track evaluations and findings of the study as it develops. A series of papers, reports and a book detailing the entire study will follow.
