The official journal of the Centre for Policy on Ageing and the British Society of Gerontology

Ageing & Society is an international, scholarly journal that aims to promote the understanding of human ageing, particularly from the social and behavioural sciences and humanities. In addition to original articles the journal also carries a review section comprising book reviews and shorter notes, review articles and symposia, progress reports on lively areas of current research, and an abstracts service to draw readers' attention to relevant articles in other journals. The journal is issued six times a year.
